Void doesn't do change logs, no idea what fixes are in it and what is new. SoL and MHK
both using it. If I find out anything I'll add to this post.

Updated the forums with a new TeamSpeak viewer. It's ugly but functional, not sure why the original broke but it's easy to switch back when it starts working again.

Modified the Donor's server for Touney Play - original ut2004.ini renamed to ut2004 reg.ini.

Changes required:

server messages and disabled Team Balancing

updated the TS port number in the "Quick Links to servers" thread.

Added SolToolzv3 to server.

Used for switching players around in game, balancing.

Just testing out now, will provide info for Admins in a day or so.

Donate button now active on main UT window (public server only).

Clicking will direct your browser to PayPal donation window.

Christmas Lights added to the server.

Christmas End Of Ceremony songs added to server.

* Experimental fix for end of round announcements sometimes not playing.
* Experimental fix for Freon round sometimes not ending correctly on new player joins.
* Debug feature for reporting new net latency statistics in admin 3SPN menu.
