Hrmm... only difference I see is that Carpe's name is suddenly purple for me instead of blue. Founder vs. Admin... probably a fix

Public server updated to 3SPNv3205CW.

Void doesn't do change logs, no idea what fixes are in it and what is new. SoL and MHK
both using it. If I find out anything I'll add to this post.

Updated the forums with a new TeamSpeak viewer. It's ugly but functional, not sure why the original broke but it's easy to switch back when it starts working again.

* Disabled initial 3SPN info popup (this was interfering with Anti-TCC agreement popup)
* End Ceremony Sounds are now synced for all players.
* Fixed a bug in auto-balance which was causing unbalanced teams.

* Game modes now have their own map lists instead of sharing the default one (3SPNv3208CW.MapListTeamArenaMaster, etc...)
* Added an option to disable caching of player settings on the server. Disabling this will make mod updates a worse experience for players, but potentially reduces server disk access. (AllowServerSaveSettings)
* Spawn protection sound is now configurable. (SoundSpawnProtectionName)
* Added minimum players required to force ready option. (ForceRUPMinPlayers)
* Improved the survivors reporting format.
* Added forced auto balancing when players write "teams", which can be disabled and has configurable cooldown. (AllowForceAutoBalance, ForceAutoBalanceCooldown)
* Games are now optionally auto-balanced anytime new players join. (AutoBalanceOnJoins)
* Auto balance can now use current game PPR in addition to Avg PPR for balancing (0 = current PPR only, 100 = avg PPR only). (AutoBalanceAvgPPRWeight)
* Changing of teams no longer resets adrenaline.
* Added "Map Limits" file which can be used for more intelligent map auto-rotation (when map voting is disabled).
* Added an option to restart server always when the last player leaves. This facilitates the intelligent auto-rotation picking a small map for first arriving players. (AlwaysRestartServerWhenEmpty)
* Respawn timer no longer restarts frozen players in Freon within the "respawn period" (which lasts for 5 seconds on map start). This is due to potential problems with the system.
* Brightskin colors were shown as enemy color when spectating (depending on 3SPN settings). Now correctly shown as team colors instead.
* Misc. small fixes like missing property fields in WebAdmin, etc...

* Experimental fix for end of round announcements sometimes not playing.
* Experimental fix for Freon round sometimes not ending correctly on new player joins.
* Debug feature for reporting new net latency statistics in admin 3SPN menu.
