Version 1d of the HoC 3spn now on the server. Goose thinks this one will be Magic.

Unless there is something drastically wrong with this one, it will stay on the server for
at least a week for evaluation.

Well, a case of "FM" has struck HoC. "FM" is, of course, "fuckin' magic".

The reserved donor slots appear to be working again on the server. Nothing has been
tried recently to get them working, they are just working. Must have something to do
with Goose's modified 3SPN version, although the donor slot issue was not something he
was modifying.

people complaining about the weird shit I was telling you about carpe.. It was really bad tonight. Like getting hit with a big combo, but not hearing it at all until I am dead.

I had bumped it to 100 for shits and giggles, to see what happened. It wasn't too crazy
but the anomalies were there.

Anyway, it's 75 now (was initially 65). For perspective, SoL runs at 85. We'll see how it
runs here and adjust accordingly. Way back when, I had tested/tried several different
settings and arrived at 65 as the "sweet spot". This time around I thought maybe the
processor we're on, along with bigger bandwidth generally available everywhere, might allow
for the large number. Wrong.

Yep. Walking over a pickup, hearing the sound but pickup still stays there. Got hit by tri-rox and didn't
hear them
loading up, etc. Those symptoms are a well know result of having too high a tick rate.

Ahh, a duplicate. I just copied all the new triggers into the zound.ini, I recognized a couple
of duplicates so I renamed them (if one you know is there won't play, add a "1" to the tail end
of it). Will have to set the trigger for one of the -aces's to -ace1.
