Issues on the server yesterday; went down several times.

It wasn't the actual server, according to NFO they think they have a flakey router.
I'm skeptical as I was around for one of the crashes, and while I couldn't connect at
all for about 5min, I was able to connect ONLY if I proxied through the mid-west or east
after that time (but still not with my regular connection).

So i played for about an hour while proxying through Chicago (ironic eh ? but those are
the vagaries of internet routing) when it happened again. So I packed it in for the night.
Will advise final "fix" from NFO when they share that information with me.

TS was non-operational for some people today (Sunday 14th), but was
working fine for others (myself included).

Best guess is it had something to do with where a person was coming
in from ?

Anyway, there were as many as 6-8 players on TS later on, so hopefully
whatever the issue was it is gone now.

Due to the recent mid-game GPF's affecting multiple players at one time, on Wormbo's recommendation
I've disabled spawning of fake players in the AntiTCC section of the ut2004.ini. Hopefully that will clear up this
annoying anomaly.
