Both Tourney servers default game type is now the actual Tourney Gametype

Neutered Zound.ini on all servers.

Possibly found away around the Tourney Servers Spectator limit. Remember Folks, both those servers are paid 10 Player only. 8 + 2 specs in this situation.

Anyway, editted the ini to show max players 16, spectators 6 etc etc

We'll see. Gameservers may send me a "nasty-gram" - they did once before.

No time to solve the DM-Quad issue this weekend, but I wanted both servers running well for the tourney, so I pointed both Tourney Redirects at the Public Redirect .

DM-Tantal_v11-RS (for "reduced sound") on both Public and Donor along with both redirects.

It will be in Shingy's next mappack but if you want to grab it early it's still on DJ's DropBox here:

Almost forgot - looks like the Spectator thing worked on the Tourney Server - we can have 6 Specs each.

Also manually editted both Tourney ini files on both servers yesterday. It was UADMIN "balance on player leaving" that was still turned on.

can we upload Grendelkeep, but leave it off the map rotation.. who love to have GrendelGrounds available again

I was going to suggest Vin and or DJ look at it and see if maybe they can fix it so the map can be independent.

either way works for me - let me know which you prefer and if fix route, ill get the guys on it

See if it's an easy fix it if they can, why store 2 for 1.

Because storage is cheap.

and we don't have to repack the map pack.. i'd lean towards leaving it alone if we can get it working by just having grendel there

Forums and website moved to new host (away from GoDaddy and over to Dreamhost). If you can read this the move was a success.

NOTE: This moved the redirect as well. If you notice slow redirect loading please say something!

(though I don't know if you could get any fucking slower performance than GoDaddy...)

2 Problems we found when we played Tourney tonight.

The Redirects on the Tourney were still pointing at the old Godaddy servers. I never redirected them back to Pi's after I filled in missing files last weekend, so they were still pointing at Godaddy. Fix-ed - Now pointing at the new provider.

Our Tourney matches - wanted to go past the high score of 7. Turns out Mapsizing (just updated by sihngles and Carpe) was forcing it to play to 10 (the norm) - I set them all back to seven. Only Tourney 1 was effected.

So all should be good for you folk playing Monday
